Troubleshooting steps. Any problem, call support for your computer. A normal screenshot will not work, take a picture of your screen with your phone and send it to them. It may be your video card or memory. You may need a different video card or memory chips.

Set slider to 80 and then select “More”

Slider should still be at 80.

Right click desktop
Select Graphics Properties
Select Display
Set Refresh Rate 48Hz (default 60.020Hz)
See if this clears up screen flicker

Select your favorite color (example: teal)

Examine upper left corner carefully. There is a little box. It does not show up in a Print Screen Capture. Watch the illusion around the screen. Open Windows Notepad and see the great illusion come to life. Look at the edge of the Notepad box. It's A DOS box shadow, or is it?.
With this setting you are seeing astigmatism if you have it.
