Chapter 1
1 Petrus {Peter/The Rock}, a Shlikha d’Eshu Meshikha {a Sent One of Y’shu, The Anointed One}; unto The Chosen Ones and The Sojourners, who are sown in Puntus {Pontus}, and in Galatiya {Galatia}, and in Qapaduqiya {Capadocia}, and in Asiya, and in Bithuniya {Bithynia};

2 those who were chosen in the foreknowledge of Alaha Aba {God, The Father}, by The Qadishutha d’Rukha {The Sanctification of The Spirit}, that they should be for obedience, and for the sprinkling of The Blood of Eshu Meshikha {Y’shu, The Anointed One}: Taybutha {Grace} and Shlama {Peace} be increased unto you.

3 Blessed is Alaha Aba d’Maran Eshu Meshikha {God, The Father of Our Lord Y’shu, The Anointed One}, whom, that in His great Mercy, has given birth unto us anew {lit. from the beginning/from the first}, by The Qayamtheh d’Eshu Meshikha {The Resurrection of Y’shu, The Anointed One}, unto The Sabra d’Khaye {The Hope of Life},

4 and unto The Layarthutha {The Inheritance} that isn’t corruptible, and not defiled, and doesn’t wither; that which is prepared for you in the Shmaya {the Heavens},

5 while you are being kept by The Khayla d’Alaha {The Power of God}, and by Haymanutha {Faith}, unto The Life which is destined to be manifested at the end times;

6 wherein you will rejoice unto eternity, even if in this time you are a little grieved by the various trials which come upon you,

7 so that in the test of Haymanuthkun {your Faith}, you will see that it is more preferable than of gold, proved in the fire, unto glory, and unto honor, and unto praise, at The Gelyaneh d’Eshu Meshikha {The Manifestation of Y’shu, The Anointed One},

8 The One whom you have not seen, yet, unto whom you Love, and in Faith you are rejoicing in praiseworthy joy that isn’t expressible,

9 because, you are receiving the reward of Haymanuthkun {your Faith}: The Life of your souls;

10 that Life which The Nabiye {The Prophets} were inquiring about, when they prophesied about The Taybutha {The Grace} that was destined to be, which was given unto you.

11 And they searched of which season it was indicated, and Testified by The Rukheh d’Meshikha {The Spirit of The Anointed One} which was dwelling in them, of the future suffering of Meshikha {The Anointed One}, and from Theshbukhtheh {His Glory} that would follow.

12 And it was revealed unto them all, that they were not searching it because of their own soul, in their seeking, but rather, for ourselves they were prophesying of what is now revealed unto us, through the hand of those who Declared it, in The Rukha d’Qudsha {The Spirit of Holiness}, which was sent from the Shmaya {the Heavens}; which, into these things, even The Malake {The Heavenly Messengers} desire that they might investigate them.

13 Because of this, gird up the loins of your mind, and be fully awake, and have Hope concerning The Joy that is coming unto you at The Gelyaneh d’Maran Eshu Meshikha {The Manifestation of Our Lord Y’shu, The Anointed One},

14 as obedient Sons, and not partaking again unto the former desires, which you desired when there was no knowledge in you,

15 but rather, be Holy in all your ways, as He who called you is Holy,

16 because of what is written: “Be Holy, even as I Am Holy.”

17 And if it is that you call Him Aba {Father}, which before Him is no partiality of persons, and who judges every nash {man} according to his works; in fear be conducting yourself in the time of this sojourning,

18 while you know that it wasn’t by silver that wears out, and not by gold that you were redeemed from the empty deeds that you received from your fathers,

19 but rather, in The Precious Blood of The Lamb that is of no blemish and impurity; which is Meshikha {The Anointed One},

20 who was beforehand separated unto this from before the foundation of the alma {the world}, and manifested in the last times on account of you,

21 who, that in Him, trust in Alaha {God} who raised Him from the place of the dead, and gave unto Him Glory, so that your Faith and Hope would be upon Alaha {God},

22 while your souls are being sanctified through the obedience of The Shrara {The Truth}, and are being filled with Khuba {Love} that isn’t partial in regards to persons; so that from a heart that is pure, and perfect, you should be loving one unto another,

23 as a man that is born anew {lit. from the beginning/from the first}; not from the seed that wears out, but rather, from that which doesn’t wear out; through The Living Miltha d’Alaha {Word of God}, which endures unto eternity.

24 Because, “All flesh is grass, and all beauty is as the bloom of the field. The grass dries up, and the bloom withers,

25 and The Miltheh d’Alahan {The Word of Our God} endures unto eternity.” And this is The Miltha {The Word} which was Declared unto you.

Chapter 2
1 Ceasing therefore from all wickedness, and all deceit, and partiality of persons, and envy, and accusation,

2 and being as infant babies, and longing for The Miltha {The Word}, as that unto pure and spiritual milk, so that in it you will be nourished unto Life;

3 if you have tasted and seen that MarYa {The Lord-YHWH} is good.

4 To Whom that you have come near; He Who is The Living Stone which is despised by the sons of mankind, and Chosen and Precious unto Alaha {God}.

5 And also you, as Living Stones, build yourselves up, and become a Spiritual Temple, and Kahne Qadiyshe {Holy Priests}; offering up Spiritual Sacrifices, that are received before Alaha {God}, through Eshu Meshikha {Y’shu, The Anointed One}.

6 For, it is spoken in The Kathaba {The Scripture} that, “Behold, I place a Stone in Zion, Chosen and Precious, at The Head of The Corner, and those who trust in Him will not be ashamed.”

7 Therefore, unto you is given this honor; unto those who are Believing. But, unto those who are not persuaded:

8 “He is a Rock of Stumbling, and a Stone of Offense,” and they stumbled at Him, in that they are not persuaded unto The Miltha {The Word}, Who for this was placed.

9 But you, you are The Chosen Tribe, which serves as Priest for The Malkutha {The Kingdom}; A Holy Ama {People/Nation}; The Redeemed Kensha {Assembly}, Declaring The Glory of Him who called you from darkness, unto His Excellent Light;

10 who, from before, were not regarded to be an Ama {a People}, but now, are The Ama d’Alaha {The People of God}. There were no mercies upon you, but now, mercies are poured upon you.

11 My Beloved, I ask from you, as unto strangers, and as unto sojourners, to depart from all the lusts of the body; these which battle against the soul.

12 And be well behaved before every bnay-nasha {son of man}, so that those speaking evil words about you, will see your good works, and give praise unto Alaha {God} in The Day of Trial.

13 And be subservient unto all sons of mankind, unto Alaha {God}: unto Kings, on account of their authority,

14 and unto Judges, because, that from them, they are sent for punishment of evil doers, and for the praise of those doing good.

15 Thus is the will of Alaha {God}: that by your good works, you will shut the mouth of the foolish; those who don’t know Alaha {God};

16 as Sons in Freedom; not as a man who makes freedom a covering for his wickedness, but rather, as The Abduhe d’Alaha {The Slaves of God}.

17 Unto every nash {man}, honoring; unto The Brothers, loving; and from Alaha {God}, fearing; and unto Kings, honoring.

18 And those abde {slaves/servants} who are among you: serving maraykun {your lords/masters} in reverence, not only the good and the meek, but rather, even the hard and the obstinate.

19 For these things, there are for them Taybutha {Grace} before Alaha {God}: who, because of a good conscience, are enduring distress that comes upon them by injustice.

20 Yet, those, who because of their transgressions, are enduring tribulation, what praise is for them? But, when you do well, and they are distressing unto you, and you endure it, afterwards great will be your praise unto Alaha {God}!

21 For, unto this you have been called, even as Meshikha {The Anointed One} has died for us, and left for us this example, that we should walk in His footsteps.

22 “Who did no sin; also, no deceit was found in His mouth.”

23 Who was reviled and didn’t revile; and suffered and didn’t threaten, but rather, was delivering up The Judgment unto The Judge of Justice,

24 and bore all our sins, and offered them up in His Body upon The Cross, so that while we being dead to sin, in His own Righteousness we will Live, for, “by His wounds we are healed.”

25 We who were wandering as sheep, and now have returned unto The Shepherd and The Saura {The Overseer} of our souls.

Chapter 3
1 Thus also, you wives should be subservient unto your husbands, so that those who are not persuaded unto The Miltha {The Word}, by your good behavior that is without toil, you might obtain them;

2 while they see that in reverence and in modesty, you conduct yourselves,

3 and not being decorated in outer ornaments of braids of hair, or of fabrications that are of gold, or of excessive garments,

4 but rather, adorning yourselves in The Hidden Man of the heart, in a spirit of humility that doesn’t perish; the adornment that is preferred before Alaha {God}.

5 For, thus, even from before, the holy wives who hoped in Alaha {God} were adorning their souls, and were subservient unto their husbands,

6 like Sarah, who was submitted unto Abraham, and was calling unto him, “mari” {my lord}, of whom you should be for daughters, in good works, while you are not disturbed from any fear.

7 And you, husbands, thus dwell with your wives in understanding, and as of unto a weaker vessel holding them in honor, because they also, with you, are inheriting The Gift of Life which is unto eternity, so that you be not hindered in your prayers.

8 But, the conclusion is this: that you be entirely in unity, and be suffering with those who are suffering, and be loving one unto another, and be merciful and humble,

9 and unto no nash {man} pay back evil for their evil, and neither insult for insult, but rather, the opposite of these; be blessing, for, unto this you are called, so that you might inherit a blessing.

10 “Therefore, they who desire Life, and love to see good days, keeps their tongue from evil, and their lips speak no deceit.

11 They turn away from wrongdoing, and do good works, and seek shlama {peace}, and run after it,

12 because, The Eyes of MarYa {The Lord-YHWH} are on The Zadiyqe {The Righteous}, and His Ears listen unto them, and The Face of MarYa {The Lord-YHWH} is against the wicked.”

13 And who does evil unto you if you are zealous of good works?

14 And if it is that you suffer concerning the presence of uprightness, you are blessed. And you should not have terror from those who are terrifying unto you, and neither be troubled,

15 but rather, be consecrated in your hearts unto MarYa Meshikha {The Lord-YHWH, The Anointed One}, and be ready to answer in The Rukha {The Spirit} unto all who ask of you The Miltha {The Word}, concerning The Sabra d’Haymanuthkun {The Hope of your Faith}, in humility and in reverence,

16 while you have a good conscience, so that as those who speak about you as wicked men, will be ashamed, as a man who injures you for your good conduct that is in Meshikha {The Anointed One},

17 for, it is helpful for you that while you are performing good works, you should suffer evil; if thus is the will of Alaha {God}, and not while you perform evil.

18 Because, even Meshikha {The Anointed One} has died one time in exchange for our sins; The Zadiyqa {The Righteous One}, in exchange for The Khataye {The Sinners}, so that He might bring us near unto Alaha {God}. And He died in the body, but, was made alive in The Rukh {The Spirit},

19 and He Proclaimed unto the souls who were held in Sheul,

20 those, who from before, were not persuaded in the days of Noah, when the long-suffering Rukha d’Alaha {Spirit of God} commanded The Ark to be built, upon the hope of their repentance, and only eight souls entered unto it, and Lived through the water.

21 so that also you, in that example, you are made Alive by Immersion {Baptism}; not when your body is washed from filth, but rather, when you confess belief in Alaha {God} with a conscience that is pure, and in The Qayamtheh d’Eshu Meshikha {The Resurrection of Y’shu, The Anointed One},

22 That One Who has been raised unto the Shmaya {the Heavens}, and is on The Right of Alaha {God}, and unto Him The Malake {The Heavenly Messengers} are subject; and Rulers, and Forces.

Chapter 4
1 Therefore, if Meshikha {The Anointed One} has suffered for you in the flesh, you in this way must also arm yourselves with this mindset. For, those whosoever are dead in their body, unto it have ceased from all sins,

2 who, from now on, do not live in the lusts that is in mankind, however much time they are in the body, but rather, for the desire of Alaha {God}.

3 For, sufficient is the time that you transgressed, which you worked in the desire of The Khanphe {The Pagans}; in gluttony, and in drunkenness, and in immodesty, and in revelry, and in the worship of shide {demons}.

4 And behold, now they are amazed and are marveling concerning you, in that you are not indulging with them in your former gluttony,

5 they who will give an answer unto Alaha {God}, The One who is destined to judge the dead, and the living.

6 For, because of this, The Hopeful Declaration was Proclaimed also unto the dead, so that they would be judged like men in the flesh, and be made alive by Alaha {God} in the rukh {the spirit}.

7 But, the end to all this is coming. Because of this, be modest and watchful unto prayer.

8 And before all things, have fervent Khuba {Love} towards one another, for Khuba {Love} covers a multitude of sins.

9 And be merciful unto strangers; without grumbling.

10 And every nash {man} from you, which receives a Gift from Alaha {God}, should minister in it unto his neighbors, as good stewards in The House, of the manifold Taybutha d’Alaha {Grace of God}.

11 Whoever that wants to speak, must speak according to The Miltha d’Alaha {The Word of God}, and whoever that will Minister, as that from The Khayla d’Alaha {The Power of God} given unto him; so that in all that you do, Alaha {God} will be glorified by means of Eshu Meshikha {Y’shu, The Anointed One}, of whom is The Glory and The Honor, unto everlasting eternities. Amiyn {Amen}.

12 Beloved, don’t be amazed by the trials which are to be for you, as of something strange happening unto you; which are to be for your testing,

13 but rather, rejoice that you are partakers unto The Sufferings of Meshikha {The Anointed One}, so that thus, also at The Gelyana d’Theshbukhtheh {The Manifestation of His Glory}, you will rejoice and be glad.

14 And if you are reproached for the sake of The Name of Meshikha {The Anointed One}, you are blessed of The Glorious Spirit of God resting upon you.

15 Provided that no nash {man} from you be suffering as a murderer, or as a thief, or as a doer of evil.

16 Yet, if he suffers as a Kristyana {Christian}, he isn’t to be ashamed, but rather, should give praise unto Alaha {God} in this Name.

17 Because, the time is that The Judgment will begin from The House of Alaha {God}. But, if from us it begins, what is the end of those who are not reconciled unto The Sabartheh d’Alaha {The Hopeful Message of God}?

18 And if, with difficulty, The Zadiykhe {The Righteous} are made to Live, where is the place of The Rashiya {The Wicked}, and The Khataye {The Sinner} to be found?

19 Because of this, those who are suffering according to the will of Alaha {God}, must entrust unto Him their souls in good works, as of unto a Faithful Creator.

Chapter 5
1 But, I ask from The Qashishe {The Elders} who are among you; I, a fellow Qashisha {Elder}, and witness of The Khashuhe d’Meshikha {The Sufferings of The Anointed One}, and partaker of Shubkheh {His Glory}; that which is destined to be manifested:

2 that you feed The Mariytha d’Alaha {The Flock of God} which was delivered unto you, and care for them spiritually, not by force, but rather, willingly; not in impure profit, but rather, from all your heart.

3 Not as lords of The Flock, but rather, as to be for them a good example,

4 so that when The Rab Ra’autha {The Master/Chief of The Shepherds} is revealed, you will receive from Him The Kliyla d’Shubkha {The Crown of Glory} which doesn’t fade.

5 And you youths; be subservient unto Qashishaykun {your Elders}, and wrap yourselves firmly with humility of mind towards each other, because of Alaha {God}, who is contrary unto those who are exalted; and unto the humble He gives Taybutha {Grace}.

6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under The Mighty Hand of Alaha {God}, so that He might exalt you at the zabna d’zadeq {the proper time}

7 And cast all your concern upon Alaha {God}, because He is concerned about you.

9 Rise up therefore against him, when you are strong in Haymanutha {Faith}, and also know that these sufferings are happening upon your Brothers who are in the world.

10 Yet, The Alaha d’Taybutha {The God of Grace}; He who called us unto that Eternal Glory, by way of Eshu Meshikha {Y’shu, The Anointed One}, that One who is given unto us, while we endure these little afflictions; who will strengthen us, and will establish us, and will raise us up in Him, unto eternity.

11 So that unto Him, is The Glory, and The Dominion, and The Honor, unto everlasting eternities. Amiyn {Amen}.

12 These few things to be considered I have written unto you by way of Sluanus {Silvanus}, a faithful Brother. And I am persuaded, and I Testify, that this is The True Taybutha d’Alaha {Grace of God}; this which you are standing in.

13 The Chosen Edtha {Assembly} which is in Babel, and Marqus {Mark i.e. John Mark}, my son, greets you in Shlama {Peace}.
